CVA exists to help individuals across the region develop the skills needed to participate in this global workforce while helping organizations understand how to work successfully with virtual assistants.

Desi-Ann Gordon is the founder of Caribbean Virtual Assistants, bringing over 9 years of virtual assistance experience and 15 years in higher education to her work as a regional advocate for Caribbean remote talent.
Since 2017, she has trained and supported Caribbean professionals in building flexible, sustainable remote careers, including delivering a 6-week digital skills programme for differently abled persons in Trinidad & Tobago. A certified Freelance University graduate, Desi-Ann has shared her expertise as a speaker at summits and podcasts.
Through CVA, she is building the infrastructure that helps Caribbean professionals develop their skills, increase their visibility, and connect with opportunities worldwide.
